Here we have the band’s new single, ‘Gypsy Eyes’ which is a chilled mid-tempo number that mixes up laid back vocals, sweet harmonies and happy instruments like what appears to be a cross between a xylophone and a glockenspiel, with hand claps and acoustic guitar. The vocals sound a bit like Kevin Seconds in a slightly 1960’s mixed with a hint of Erasure, whilst the song has a slight flamboyancy of European Indie-Folk. In fact you could say that there is a touch of Gypsy-Pop about it. Whilst it’s hard to be able to know what else the band are about from just one song, this is an innocent enough tune that might help while a way the humidity and rain!
