Brutally Brilliant
"Wycombe till I die" screams the Bucks band as they unleash the rampage of 'Wycombe', well frankly there are some hills in Wycombe that are so steep they probably could kill you but somehow that's probably not what This Dying Hour mean.
Heaving with punk attitude and snarling with metal aggression This Dying Hour are intimidatingly infectious as they energetically rage with freshness and sheer power. 'How To Use Guns' pummels with machine gun drum beats as Dave Pickup's gentler vocals combat with the growls of Sean XE to truly drive the track home. With three guitars engaged in a contest of speed with the drums, 'Home Star' is an adrenaline slab of pure metal indulgence for all to enjoy as Sean XE pushes his vocals chords to the extremes whilst the brilliantly titled 'Longest Memory Of The Shortest Life' opts for the more sedate intro a placid guitars before This Dying Hour launch into a guitar frenzy. Energetically raw and riotously loud, This Dying Hour ooze passion and attitude that deserves to see them breaking out on the Home Counties taking on the entire country. Brutally brilliant.
