Buck Brothers formed after meeting each other in a North London Buddhist Disco in 2006, naturally coming up with their catchy Indie-Pop-Punk through the eyes of those funny guys from down the pub! The band produce songs filled with things that you’d like to say in public but sometimes think better of it!
Having travelled the globe touring, including a tour of Russia whilst supporting Primal Scream, and later sharing the stage with the likes of Baby Shambles, The Buzzcocks, The Futureheads and Mr bonkers himself, Dizzy Rascal, they eventually supported top Pop/Punkers Goldfinger on the band’s UK tour last year.
‘When I Look At You ( All I Think About Is Sex)' is the first single from their up and coming second album, and as expected it is a slice of New Wave mixed Pop Punk. Like a teenage schoolboy it’s quick, punchy, boastful, over confident but totally lovable. Taking elements of The Buzzcocks, with some pogo guitars that fizz around, then some hooks and sexually-fuelled lyrics and you have yourself a catchy single. This builds up the anticipation for the album just that little bit more, but you know what? Sometimes waiting makes it all the more satisfying!
