All too Short Set for the Band Who Give Their All

Million Dead are a band that give every performance their all- despite the fact that they seem to have been on tour constantly for the past two years.

Having only been given a thirty minute slot, the manic eyes of vocalist Frank Turner seem to lurch straight towards the crowd as the band play their second consecutive Carling Weekend set.

In the past year they might have replaced their guitarist, but it doesn't show as the band perform as one natural sounding unit of noise.

For every guitar riff thrashed through the PA, Julia (bass) underpins everything with innovative and original bass lines that seem to weave through everything to hold it all in place.

Playing a rapid set, the band waste no time and cover material from both their debut and their most recent album 'Harmony No Harmony', whilst the crowd scream along with Frank's damning statements aimed at the world in general.

For two years Million Dead have given their all to every single performance and today is no different- it's doubtful that any other band will come close to touching their raw power and energy for the rest of the weekend.
