Arctic Monkeys

Hard-Fi
Tickets for May are on sale from 1st.

February sees the awards season kick back into action once again. The NME will be building up to their bash at the end of the month with a series of gigs in London throughout the month, check out the full list of nominations
Here.

It's fair to say though that the
Brit Award
Nomination list is getting closer to mirroring that of the Indy music event on an annual basis, Wednesday 15th is when the Brits are handed out. Those with insomnia can enjoy the
The Grammies.
As the winners from over 100 categories will be unveiled on Feb 8th in what is always an exhaustingly long ceremony.

Some exciting singles and albums are out this month. The first UK single from Fallout Boy is out on 6th as well as the excellent new track from Coheed and Cambria. We can get our hands on new Delays on 20th, alongside Maximo Park and Morning Runner. The pick of the bunch comes on 27th, as the fantastic new Placebo and Graham Coxon tracks are available then.

As far as albums are concerned the big ones this month come from Belle and Sebastian and Panic! At The Disco.

Over the next month we should start to get an indication of which bands will be turning up where across the summer. The rumour mill is already as busy for this as it is when the football transfer window is open but as previous years experience shows, what you hear on the grapevine in January doesn't always become fact later in the year. Keep checking our news pages for the latest stories as bands and organizers make their official announcements.
